Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Cancellations accepted if order has not been shipped, after shipping all sales are final.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located in the heart of Melbourne, Australia.
Q: Who is your mail service provider and what type of shipping methods do you use?
A: We ship via Australia Post standard or express services, depending on selection at checkout. To keep costs down we ship as an untracked letter, however for larger orders we advise choosing a tracked service.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do! Please note that international shipments may take a little bit longer to arrive. Import duty and tax charges are not included in the shipping price.
Q: When will I get my order?
A: We like to ship out all orders as fast as possible, for location estimates please check the Australia Post website here. If you suspect your order is lost, please contact us immediately, and we'll get you sorted out. Please note that international orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?
A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped!
Q: I received my order and it was damaged. Is it possible to get a replacement?
A: Most of the time, yes. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have an issue with your order and we will get you sorted out. Be sure to include your order number and a brief summary of the issue in the email and a picture. Please understand that if you are inquiring about your damaged item after 90 days of receiving, we may be limited as to what we can do for you.
