ORDERS

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been received and your payment has been processed.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive another email.

Your shipping total will be calculated at checkout.

To keep costs down standard domestic orders are shipped without tracking numbers, if require tracking and quick delivery please, please select the express option at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. The domestic delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

Please note that there can be longer delays during busy sale periods. Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch or deliver orders on Victorian public holidays, which may result in further delays. For orders with more than one item.

It makes us sad how expensive international shipping from Australia, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do to reduce this.

Items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or country you are shipping to.

International customers are solely responsible and liable for any duties, GST or VAT that are specific to their country. If your parcel is not collected and sent back to us, we will refund the value of the goods only and not the shipping cost. It is recommended that you contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that local banks may charge currency conversion fees that may vary between banks and countries.
