To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original product packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or online order number. The cost of the original shipping will not be included in your refund total.
Replacement and Exchanges
We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe your item to be faulty please contact us here and include photos of your item along with your original order number and we will get back to you with a resolution.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide their correct personal information when processing a transaction. This includes name, phone number, email address and postal address. Our store will not be held responsible and no refunds will be processed for any incorrect information that results in the customer not receiving their order.
Return Postage Cost
In most cases you will be responsible for returning the package to us in its original condition unless product is considered faulty which will be assessed on a case by case basis.

If you wish to return your items please contact us here and outline the reason for your return with images of the item and we will get back to you on if the return meets our criteria and what to do next.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will process your return within 10 days of receiving it and items will be assessed whether or not they are eligible for refund. If your return products are accepted, you will get the refund through your original payment method within 3 to 10 days of the return and will be notified. Please allow an extra 3-8 working days for the funds to land back in your account.
